1. Why a regular Cleanse is important?
To Heal/Avoid Ulcers

You can also get parasites from eating raw vegetables and the spread of parasites through sexual practice is more easily passed than venereal diseases. There are several types of intestinal worms. The most common of these are giardia roundworms, toxoplasmosis, pin worms, whipworm thread worms, roundworms, hookworms, flukes & tapeworms. Kindly see your doctor if you feel that you may have any of these worms.
To Detoxify Liver:
Your liver is the largest organ inside your body. It helps your body digest food, store energy, and remove poisons. We live in the age of toxic environment, toxic foods, and toxic thoughts. These toxicities create a state of molecular and cellular burn-out. Unfortunately, the liver bears the brunt of all these toxicities. For this reason, the health of the health of the liver is of utmost importance.
2. How to take the Castor Oil to help with parasites?
Castor Oil: 1 tablespoon
Ground Flaxseeds: 1 Tablespoon
Mix the above with some hot water and sip slowly.
Note: Bear in mind, you might need to visit the toilet suddenly within a few hours of taking the mixture.
When hot water is sipped with castor oil, it causes mucus secretion which causes bile movement. Castor oil mixture then moves down to the intestine. Bile and Castor oil form a cleansing agent by bonding to salt. Sipping water makes a wash which cleans the stomach and intestines and also gets rid of the toxins that come through the bile.
You may take this for up to 3 days in a week or depending on how your body responds, and how severely you require a cleanse.
