CHAKRA CLEANSING & BALANCING CHART

Heal Yourself by regularly cleansing and balancing the your Chakras.  In brief, Chakras are the Multi-Dimensional portals within our body. They govern our life by controlling our physical, emotional, mental and Spiritual Bodies.  Balanced Chakras bring peace and harmony within ourselves, as well as in our physical reality.  The Chart below shows the Chakra locations, the Mudras that you use during the balancing exercise, the Corresponding Colour for the Chakras and the Mantras.  Love & Peace to all!

  3. I have seen a photograph of a printout and it was identical however it had a mantra to say instead of the chant, I wasn’t able to see the words to clearly however and feel more comfortable using words, I was wondering if you had it floating around at all.

  4. Respected Rosy Kaur,

I would like to know how many times should a 8 year old child chant the mantra for chakra balancing. I got to know about holding prana mudra and chant the mantras from internet for the child. Your answer will be highly appreciated.

    Thank you

    • Dear Vasudha,

As I have already replied to your other comment, please make it fun for the child, without putting emphasis on healing him or fixing him. Rather, make it fun and joyful. LESS IS MORE…. Love & Light.

  5. I plan to make my son do the chanting who has ADHD. I have done only level 1. Shall only chanting of LAM or YAM suffice or should the child also hold d midra and do the chanting? He is 8 YO. Pls advice

    • Dear Vasudha

I am sorry to here of your Son’s ADHD. Kindly do read our DISCLAIMER THAT REIKI IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR MEDICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL TREATMENT; BUT MERELY A COMPLIMENTARY THERAPY.

Having said that, if you do wish to practice the Chakra Balancing, perhaps start simple. Since the child is very young, perhaps start with the mantras. Make it fun like a rhyme or a song. Once the child is comfortable, and if he likes it, start with mudras, one at a time. The exercise can work, if it is fun and pleasant for the child. Love & Light.
