HOW DOES REIKI HEAL?

7In our Universe everything is made up of energy.  At the Atomic Level (the smallest unit of matter), science too has proven that everything is energy.  This invisible energy or empty space seems to manifest into various shapes and forms we are able to perceive with our eyes.  However, the human eye sees a billionth of what is actually existing in our space.  For example human eye does not see oxygen, yet we know it exists.  We know that love exists, yet we cannot see anything tangible called Love; etc.  Similarly we cannot see the energy called Electricity, though we see how it manifests in a light bulb or a microwave, or runs a machine.

The Universal energy is that invisible energy which is self-generating, self-creating, all of the time, everywhere.  And, since entire universe including its celestial bodies, and the space between them, is the Universal Energy called Reiki in Japanese Language; then we know it is available to us all the time. It is omnipresent.  It is inside us around us. It is all of us and all that is happening to us.  Our Physical Body is made up of Energy, our Mental Body and Emotional Body are energy.  Our Spirit is also energy.  Since all of this is energy, and here with us; Dr Usui had a direct experience of how to use it; he began to use it to heal.  If we have electricity, and if wiring is done correctly, we know we can switch light with it or use other gadgets for our utility.  Similarly, Reiki is available to us all the time, and with attunement we are now wired to it.  We can now use this energy to heal ourselves, and others.

Dr Usui, devised a methodical system for us to learn and be attuned to use this energy to heal, by giving an Intention.  With the power of our Intention, Reiki brings order to anything that has gone out of order.  It bring balance and harmony where chaos has occurred.  Is it not such a Blessing that we are this Universal Power.  It is, indeed a bigger blessing if we know how to use this Energy to assist us in our life journey.  ~Rosy Kaur

WHAT CAN REIKI HEAL?

WHAT CAN REIKI HEAL?

Reiki can heal anything to everything.  It can heal people, plants, objects, time and spaces.  It can heal Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual issues.  Reiki directly heals some issues, and then opens up opportunities to heal other grave issues; eg a person receiving Reiki for an illness will start to heal, and also opportunities of right Medical assistance also open up like meeting the right Doctor, right Medication; or the medication taken works wonderfully etc.  Reiki basically removes all obstacles to health and well being so that life begins to flow.  Some people have even managed to heal mechanical devices in times of emergency.  I guess, it goes as far as your imagination can go.

Reiki can be used for Space Clearing, which means giving Reiki to places to get rid of negative energies from a House/Office/Building.  This can bring Peace and Prosperity to those living or working in those places.

Reiki is also used to heal Time.  If Reiki is sent to traumas occurred in the past of this life and if necessary to past lives too, Reiki can bring Peace and Understanding to the Receiver of Reiki Healing.  Reiki does not change the Past, but it heals the person or event from negatively affecting their Present.

Similarly, Reiki can be used to heal Future and make a better way forward, by giving a positive and pure intention for the future.

Reiki definitely grounds a person into their Present and brings awareness to them of their Current Blessings and Gifts.

Best of all, Reiki heals BOTH THE INITIATOR & THE RECEIVER!  ~Rosy Kaur

WHAT IS REIKI?

WHAT IS REIKI?

Reiki is a Japanese Energy Healing Technique.  The Word “Reiki” is pronounced as RAY-KEE.  It is made up of two Japanese words: “REI” meaning GOD/UNIVERSE/THE DIVINE; and “KI” meaning the GOD ENERGY/UNIVERSAL LIFE FORCE/THE DIVINE ENERGY etc.

It is a healing system first discovered by DR USUI of Japan in the early 1920’s, in a 21-Day Meditation on Mount Kurama-Yama.  He later devised a methodical system of Teaching & Learning Reiki and how to pass on the Healing Power from Master to Student by a technique referred to as ATTUNEMENT.

Now, Reiki, is commonly understood to heal almost all aspects of life.  It is a natural and safe method of healing that anyone can use for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual benefit to self and to others. It is referred to as Complimentary Therapy and works well in conjunction with other medical or therapeutic techniques to assist recovery.  ~Rosy Kaur

Castor Oil Cleanse for Ulcers/Liver/Parasites

Castor Oil Cleanse for Ulcers/Liver/Parasites

1.     Why a regular Cleanse is important?

To Heal/Avoid Ulcers

There is a spiral-shaped germ, known as Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori).  It is very common in half of the people in the world.  H. pylori never causes problems, but in an unlucky minority, the bug burrows through the stomach’s protective mucous coating. The bacteria and stomach acid then irritate the sensitive lining beneath, and cause ulcers to form.

To Remove Parasites/worms from the Human Body:

There are about 300 types of parasite thriving today, including pinworms, tapeworms, hookworms, whipworms, roundworms and Giardia lamblia (the latter has infected waterways nation-wide ). Parasites know no boundaries, are oblivious to income, nationality, age or beliefs and more than 80% if the world’s population is infected.

Most people know you can get tapeworms from eating under-cooked pork, but you can get parasites from shaking hands with an infected person, playing with your pet or even from children who pick-up little freeloaders from their friends at school. You can also get parasites from eating raw vegetables and the spread of parasites through sexual practice is more easily passed than venereal diseases.  There are several types of intestinal worms. The most common of these are giardia roundworms, toxoplasmosis, pin worms, whipworm thread worms, roundworms, hookworms, flukes & tapeworms.  Kindly see your doctor if you feel that you may have any of these worms.

To Detoxify Liver:

Your liver is the largest organ inside your body. It helps your body digest food, store energy, and remove poisons.  We live in the age of toxic environment, toxic foods, and toxic thoughts.  These toxicities create a state of molecular and cellular burn-out.  Unfortunately, the liver bears the brunt of all these toxicities.  For this reason, the health of the health of the liver is of utmost importance.

2.     How to take the Castor Oil to help with parasites?

Castor Oil:  1 tablespoon

Ground Flaxseeds:  1 Tablespoon

Mix the above with some hot water and sip slowly.

Note:  Bear in mind, you might need to visit the toilet suddenly within a few hours of taking the mixture.

When hot water is sipped with castor oil, it causes mucus secretion which causes bile movement.  Castor oil mixture then moves down to the intestine. Bile and Castor oil form a cleansing agent by bonding to salt. Sipping water makes a wash which cleans the stomach and intestines and also gets rid of the toxins that come through the bile.

You may take this for up to 3 days in a week or depending on how your body responds, and how severely you require a cleanse.  Once you feel you have cleansed, you may still continue taking for three months because some of the parasites’ eggs may be attached to the intestines’ lining.  Do consult your doctor if you have any concerns.

3.     For what else can I use Castor Oil?

Castor Oil can help with the following:

skin keratosis, ringworm, fungal and bacterial infections, wounds, abdominal stretch marks (prevention), sebaceous cysts, warts, ’liver’ or age spots, muscle strains, ligament sprains, itching, chronic fluid retention with swollen joints, and pain, arthritis, upper respiratory infections involving the sinuses, tonsils and inner ear, colon problems involving inflammation of gallbladder disease, boils, liver cirrhosis, hepatitis, enlargement or congestion, menstrual-related congestion, appendicitis, hyperactivity, constipation, bowel impaction or adhesions, swollen lymph nodes, bladder and vaginal infections, Boils, Abscesses, Carbuncles, Tumors.

Ovarian Cysts:  Castor oil packs can help reduce inflammation.

Liver Detoxification/Support: Castor oil packs are commonly placed over the liver.

Circulation Lymphatic Congestion:  One of the most significant benefits of castor oil is being a stimulant to the lymph system, improving lymphatic flow and increasing the activity of the cleansing of tissues.

4.     Precautions when taking Castor Oil

Castor oil should not be taken internally (unless 100% organic). So buy the best from a health shop.  It should not be applied to broken skin, or used during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or during menstrual flow, nor given to children without consulting a medical Practitioner.  Packs should not be used while you are bleeding heavily. Castor Oil is not recommended for long term use.

IN REVERENCE TO “SPACESHIP EARTH”

IN REVERENCE TO LIFE

IN REVERENCE TO LIFE

“THE POWERFUL R’S:

When we watch sci-fi movies of Space Travel etc, we often see people eating their meals out of tubes similar to toothpaste tubes.  During the holiday season, when we see shops full of stuff which is sold/bought in the name of celebration, we need to pause and think, is it necessary to buy the packs of 100 greetings cards, wrapping paper rolls, ribbons, etc?  Is it necessary to gift someone something just for the sake of formality?  Is there another option of celebration which will not create unnecessary garbage for our planet.  How fortunate we are to have been blessed with a spaceship, which travels in the universe on her own without us having to worry about her fuel needs, or her protective shield; or how should we pack our drinking water on board; or keep inventory or having to ration our food tubes…  The more you think about the benefits the Planet Earth provides us on our journey, the more reverence you begin to feel.  I have a simple list of reminders to help me to live in reverence to our Mother Earth, which I call: “THE POWERFUL R’S:

  1.  REDUCE:  Can we try to minimize our needs and desires; or at least begin to become aware of unnecessary ones, for a start.  This applies to all of us and begins with everything we buy and use.  Can we do with fewer gadgets, or fewer garments, or own fewer properties.  How can a consumer minimize consumption not just of food but of all the other ‘stuff’.  The less we use, less garbage we create, less clutter is in our homes and the planet as a whole.
  2. REPAIR:  What happened to the days when people used to repair stuff if it breaks down?  These days it is so simple and so tempting to walk into a shop and buy the latest model of something that has just stopped functioning. If we consider repair; we, not only save our own money, but also provide income opportunity for the one who will repair.  By repairing, and reusing, we create less garbage and less mess on Earth.
  3. RECYCLE:  Try and dispose of garbage so that waste paper, glass, metals etc can be recycled.  It is a bit of work, but does help all of us in the end.  Also recycling the stuff which is lying around you, for another genius use of it.  I once drove past a motor vehicle repair garage, which had used hundreds of old tyres to create a fence around their yard… J
  4. REUSE:  In the olden times a woman could gift her wedding gown to another young woman, instead of spending time, money and effort on a new one.  No one really wears the wedding gown often… How can we share and reuse more often?
  5. REFUSE:  If we become more aware of the garbage that is created during the holiday season, we could consider discussing with our friends and family on how to gift each other in non-polluting ways.  Perhaps, send electronic greetings cards instead of paper ones; or gift services/help to each other instead of objects; or spend time with each other, saved from the time which we might have spent running around shopping for gifts.
  6. REVERENCE:  As per dictionary, Reverence means (noun) – deep respect for someone or something; (verb) – regard or treat with deep respect.  This planet does not just belong to humans only.  The fauna and flora are equal partners of this planet.  Always remembering that other beings have equal right to live; could attune our mind to become more mindful and learn to share eg reduce pollution by refusing to play fireworks at Christmas or Diwali… Reverence will also mean keeping our surrounding clean and working daily to avoid creating unnecessary waste and working to eliminate air/water/noise pollution.  How about planting some trees to create fresh air?  Or, growing a few of our own vegetables… in the garden or indoor herbs in pots… There are so many ways to give reverence to life.
  7. REST:  We spend much time, effort and money running around daily eg earning money to buy ‘stuff’, shopping for the ‘stuff’, packing/laying out the ‘stuff’, then displaying and cleaning the ‘stuff’…  The less we need to own, the less we need to earn to buy what we need to own; and the less time we will spend on taking care of what we need to own.  If we own less, we can have more time to ourselves – we can use that time to simply rest and meditate… J  I have not even begun to mention so many ways in which we can express reverence for life.  I, myself, am still learning to.  Can you suggest other ways of expressing reverence, so that we or our future generations don’t end up eating out of tubes???  Please share with me any ideas you have or whatever you already practice in the way of “Reverence for our Planet Earth and for Life on it”… ~Rosy Kaur.  Love & Light, 04.01.2014
