Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana)
Sacral Chakra is the Second Chakra in the Body. This Chakra is the Centre for our creative power. Location: Reproductive Region.
Imbalances: Eating disorders. Alcohol and drug abuse. Depression. Low back pain. Asthma or allergies. Candida & yeast infections. Urinary problems. Sensuality issues as well as impotency and frigidity.
Emotional issues: Sense of abundance, well-being, pleasure, sexuality.
TUNE IN: Here Moses and Dingalo are tuning into the Adi Mantra: ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO, sitting in EASY POSE, PRAYER MUDRA. FOCUS ON THIRD EYE.
KRIYA FOR SACRAL CHAKRA
POSTURE: Sit with straight Spine. Chin in. Chest out.
MANTRA: EK ONG KAAR, SAT GUR PRASAD, SAT GUR PRASAAD, EK ONG KAAR.
Meaning ‘God and We are One. By Grace of God, I know God and We are One.’
MANTRA SOUND: MEDITATE SILENTLY.
EYE FOCUS: Tip of the nose.
KRIYA: Hands straight near the heart centre as Dingalo is doing in the Pic below. Elbows bend downwards in one sharp stroke, in rhythm with the Mantra.
Simultaneously with each stroke, squeeze and release Sacral Chakra only.
Duration – 11 Minutes.
Special Diet Recommendation: Eat bananas/Lotus Root/Water Chestnuts after this Kriya.
